Come Reservation & Telephone Operator sarai la prima voce del Caesar Augustus. Con professionalità sensibilità e precisione accompagnerai lospite dalla richiesta iniziale alla conferma del soggiorno trasmettendo lanima dellhotel e garantendo un servizio personalizzato e tuo ruolo è centrale nel creare fiducia anticipare esigenze e assicurare una comunicazione fluida tra ospiti e reparti interni.

Principali responsabilità:

Gestirai le richieste di prenotazione via telefono email e canali digitali con attenzione e cura del dettaglio.

Fornirai informazioni chiare e personalizzate su camere servizi tariffe e condizioni.

Inserirai e aggiornerai le prenotazioni nel sistema gestionale garantendo accuratezza e coerenza dei dati.

Collaborerai con Front Office Revenue e altri reparti per assicurare unesperienza fluida allospite.

Gestirai le comunicazioni telefoniche in entrata rappresentando con eleganza limmagine dellhotel.

Supporterai lospite nelle fasi pre-arrivo anticipando richieste e necessità particolari.

Opererai nel rispetto degli standard di servizio e dei valori del Caesar Augustus.

As a Reservation & Telephone Operator you will be the first voice of Caesar Augustus. With professionalism sensitivity and precision you will guide guests from their initial enquiry through to the confirmation of their stay conveying the soul of the hotel and ensuring a personalised and impeccable service. Your role is central to building trust anticipating needs and ensuring smooth communication between guests and internal departments.

Main responsibilities:

• You will handle reservation requests via telephone email and digital channels with care and attention to detail.

• You will provide clear and personalised information about rooms services rates and conditions.

• You will enter and update reservations in the property management system ensuring accuracy and data consistency.

• You will collaborate with Front Office Revenue and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• You will manage incoming telephone calls elegantly representing the hotels image.

• You will support guests during the pre-arrival phase anticipating requests and special requirements.

• You will operate in accordance with Caesar Augustus service standards and values.

Qualifications :

Cerchiamo una persona attenta empatica e organizzata capace di ascoltare e di comunicare con naturale eleganza.

Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Reservations Booking o Front Office preferibilmente in hotel di alto livello.

Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus.

Spiccate capacità comunicative telefoniche e relazionali.

Precisione affidabilità e attenzione al dettaglio.

Familiarità con PMS alberghieri e strumenti informatici.

Attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al servizio.

Flessibilità e capacità di gestire più richieste contemporaneamente.

We are looking for a detail-oriented empathetic and well-organised individual with strong listening skills and the ability to communicate with natural elegance.

• Previous experience in Reservations Booking or Front Office roles preferably within high-end or luxury hotels.

• Excellent command of Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong communication telephone and interpersonal skills.

• Accuracy reliability and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and IT tools.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong service focus.

• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
