The main function of a Sterile Operator is to operate sterile manufacturing equipment and execute production activities with precision and compliance. This role supports the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a fast-paced regulated environment contributing to global health and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate sterile manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
Follow strictly defined procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to implement and meet production schedules.
Adhere to safety and compliance regulations throughout all activities.
Handle materials and operate machinery in a controlled sterile environment.
Skills:

Familiarity with sterile processing techniques.

Understanding of safety and compliance standards.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
