Execution of sales strategy for Dealers and Fleets channel through:
Prospect and activate new customers following internal procedures and ensuring client alignment with Continentals rules values and strategy.
Manage an active customer base by providing technical and sales training/guidance on products services processes and their benefits.
Manage a robust schedule of client visits in close coordination with regional managers and key account managers.
Guarantee monthly/annual volume and financial objectives with an action plan shared and validated with the respective managers.
Technical support to customers including tire (scrap) inspections and reports with possible corrective actions using the tools available from Continental.
Responsible for the TAV visit schedule supported by the Key Account managers. Executing the fleet warranty process is in close coordination with the Technical Customer Service Department.
Monitor the performance of Continental tires versus competition using specific tools to report results.
Coordinate marketing activities with clients in collaboration with the marketing team following internal procedures and respecting the available budget. Monitor and share market information using standard tools related to but not limited to pricing product performance innovation trends and technologies.
Responsible for generating trust effective and mutual creation of value focused on relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Work in close cooperation with all internal stakeholders providing constructive ideas and suggestions related to process improvements.
Qualifications :
Experience with:
- Automotive Industry (desirable but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of tires (desirable but not required).
- Sales (field experience).
- Bachelor degree in Engineering Business Administration or related careers.
- Languages: Spanish: Native; English (desirable).
- Knowledge of Office 360 package (intermediate Excel) Power BI Salesforce (desirable)
- Geographic mobility and flexibility (desirable).
