DescriptionThe Customer Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and creating a seamless experience for dental offices using our services. We are looking for a professional who can blend high-level customer service with specialized knowledge in dental revenue cycle management (RCM) and logistics. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries promptly and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint acting as a trusted partner for our dental clients.
Requirements- Availability: Must have full availability to work shifts within the 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM window.
- Education: High School Diploma (Required).
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service (Required).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in the Dental Business is preffered strong customer service skills
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Phone Email Chat).
- Logistical Skills: Ability to handle travel logistics and event coordination.
- Type of contract: Fixed term.
BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $3.705.000 COP.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (within the specified availability).
Monthly Completion Bonus
In addition to your base salary you will receive a completion bonus for each successfully completed month:
- $100 USD per month
- Exchange rate fixed at 3700 COP per USD
- Equivalent to 370000 COP per completed month
- The total accumulated bonus is paid as a lump sum at the end of your contract once you successfully complete the full agreed term
This means that if you complete your full contract successfully you will receive all your monthly bonuses together in one final payment.
