Seasonal Customer Service Specialist

Join the SuperStaff team as a Customer Service Specialist! This is a5-month fixed-term (seasonal) contract. The Customer Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and creating a seamless experience for dental offices using our services. We are looking for a professional who can blend high-level customer service with specialized knowledge in dental revenue cycle management (RCM) and logistics. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries promptly and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint acting as a trusted partner for our dental clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for dental offices addressing inquiries related to fee negotiations membership plans revenue cycle management and medical billing.
• Provide clear and professional communication via phone email and chat support.
• Assist clients in navigating services resolving issues and connecting them with the appropriate team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Educate dental offices on best practices to maximize their benefits with PPO Profits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback.
• Coordinate event planning tasks including scheduling hotels flights and other travel arrangements for team members attending conferences meetings and client visits.

• Availability: Must have full availability to work shifts within the 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM window.
• Education: High School Diploma (Required).
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service (Required).
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in the Dental Business is preferred strong customer service skills
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Phone Email Chat).
• Logistical Skills: Ability to handle travel logistics and event coordination.
• Type of contract: Fixed term.

  Monthly Completion Bonus
• In addition to your base salary you will receive a completion bonus for each successfully completed month:
• Equivalent to 370000 COP per completed month
• The total accumulated bonus is paid as a lump sum at the end of your contract once you successfully complete the full agreed term
• This means that if you complete your full contract successfully you will receive all your monthly bonuses together in one final payment.
