Job Summary
Responsibilities
As part of the delivery team the business analyst:
- Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders across all levels
- Analyse and document requirements using suitable BA techniques.
- Create low fidelity wireframes
- Translate the requirements into clear concise user stories with acceptance criteria
- Communicate agreed requirements stakeholders and to the delivery team
- Maintain a steady backlog of requirements that are ready to be pulled by the delivery team
- Validate that requirements have been met
- Maintain changes to requirements
- Assist the product owner with backlog refinement and prioritization
- Assist in drafting user and training documentation
- Be available to the team and participate in all Agile meetings such as sprint planning standups reviews and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all involved parties
- Manage own self-development
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Business Analysis Certifications
Experience
- Must have 3 years Agile Business Analysis experience in an IT department
- Knowledge and understanding of project scoping planning and prioritization
- Knowledge of UX/UI methodology is beneficial
