The Senior Event Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional event features and services. Working closely with the Event Director and internal teams youll ensure every detail is managed to the highest standard. This role calls for a proactive problem-solver with strong logistics expertise and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own your projects: Take charge of assigned event features ensuring seamless planning and execution.
- Collaborate effectively: Act as the main point of contact between departments driving teamwork and alignment.
- Manage logistics: Oversee event operations including vendor relationships and operational needs.
- Measure success: Analyze event outcomes through post-event reporting and share actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance: Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams on contracts and documentation.
- Engage customers: Resolve issues promptly and deliver a high-quality experience that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in event planning and management.
- Project management: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with a positive can-do attitude.
- Stakeholder management: Strong skills in building relationships and solving problems.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with event technology platforms and CRM systems.
- Communication: High level of English proficiency with a clear concise style.
- Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to delivering quality work.
