Job Summary
- The Hotel Harbor / Port Representative plays an important role in providing a good experience to guests from the beginning by creating a seamless memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival at the port during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.
- Assist guests with the embarkation and disembarkation process. Picking up guests at the port and assisting them with the check-in and baggage process.
- Arrange guest transportation from the port to the hotel and vice versa.
- Provide information about the hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Handle problems faced by guests during the trip such as delays or lost luggage.
- Coordinate with the hotel to ensure that guests are well received and their needs are met.
