What youll do

We are currently looking for a Medical Representative for Papua area to join the Respiratory team to continue and build on the teams success.

As Medical Representative you will have principal function of calling upon specialist physicians and retail pharmacies. Technical expert of specific company products therapeutic classes or patient needs. Typically establishes long-term relationships with key customers.

Reporting to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager you will be mainly responsible for Papua and upcountry to several nearby locations/areas.

This role involves:

• Promoting class-leading products to General Practitioners and healthcare professionals.

• Building long-term relationships through genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patients health.

• Working as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact.

• Analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.

• Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner.

Essential for the role

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably in Science background.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative preferably from multinational pharmaceutical company.

• Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships.

• Effective communication influencing and collaborative networking skills.

• Drive to be a self-starter with confidence in your personal presentation sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact.

Desirable for the role

• Territory knowledge would be advantageous.

• Current domicile similar with the vacancy.

• Good English language capabilities.
