Job Summary

  • Communicate with and finalise event details with our clients on secured business including compilation of event order through to on-site management of the event and appropriate post event follow up.
  • Prepare proposals & contracts using up to date knowledge on rates packages operational details and competitors.
  • To host successful familiarisations and site inspections with prospective clients.
  • Proactively follow up on proposals and use skilled negotiation with clients to win the business and achieve team targets.
  • Upsell conference & events packages and drive all revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and meeting managers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operational departments to execute events & conferences flawlessly.
  • Participate in Proactive Sales activities as required.

Qualifications :

  • You will demonstrate the ability to excel in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Have excellent presentation & communication skills along with exceptional client relationship skills while representing the venue to new and potential clients.
  • Highly organised and be able to juggle multiple tasks
  • As an entry role into the world of sales previous hotel experience in events or hotel operations is highly valued.
