The Role
Were hiring a Senior Product Designer (Individual Contributor) to work on Marvins core AI product.
This is a full-stack product design role from early exploration and problem framing to high-quality visual execution. Youll own product areas end-to-end and work closely with founders product and engineering.
Its for someone who cares deeply about craft clarity and ownership.
Job requirements
What Youll Do
Own end-to-end design across key parts of Marvins AI platform.
Design intuitive and elegant experiences.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering on core product decisions.
Translate ambiguity into clear usable and thoughtful solutions.
Push visual and interaction quality to a very high bar.
Balance user needs business goals and technical constraints.
Take real ownership from idea to shipped experience.
What Were Looking For
4 years of experience designing modern digital products.
A full-stack product designer strong with product thinking visual and interaction design.
Experience working in startups or fast-moving product teams.
Comfortable working with opinionated teammates and defending ideas with clarity.
Able to make quick sensible decisions using fundamentals and judgment.
A growth mindset and genuine passion for building great tech.
