Job Summary

The GTM & Narrative team drives the Go-To-Market strategy and storytelling for JioStars Sporting properties across both Digital and this role you will be responsible for ideating and building narratives that address advertiser needs positioning Sports as a powerful platform for impactful brand building.

Key Responsibilities

    • Evangelize JioHotstar and Sports as high-impact strategic platforms for brand building and long-term equity creation.
    • Create persuasive pitch decks and engagement materials grounded in category insights and analytics aimed at attracting association from advertisers & agencies of all sizes.
    • Develop solution specific category-specific narratives leveraging platform capabilities and client objectives.
    • Build competitive narratives to differentiate against platforms such as YouTube Meta and emerging players like APV and Retail Media Networks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including viewership pricing product marketing and design

Skills and Attributes for Success

    • Experience in Digital Marketing with an in-depth understanding of adtech martech media sports
    • Structured problem solver - Ability to develop solutions in an ambiguous environment
    • Strong in analytics with a high comfort around excel modelling
    • Should have worked in inter team and intra team collaborative roles
    • Strong flair and keen interest in Advertising Media and Sports

Preferred Education and Experience

    • MBA with 4-6 years of strategy consulting experience will be preferred. Looking for candidates from Management consulting/ Market strategy/Business strategy/Ad Sales Strategy GTM background
