Product Owner

Were looking for a results-driven Product Owner who excels at turning strategy into execution within Agile frameworks. You will own product delivery transforming requirements into shipped features that solve real customer problems on time and within scope. Reporting to the Head of Product youll be the execution engine that bridges stakeholder vision and engineering delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering Design and QA youll ensure that ambiguity-free sprints and every delivery create measurable customer value. Youll also invest time learning our broader portfolio of products to identify opportunities for platform-wide improvements and ensure your work aligns with the overall product ecosystem.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead all sprint rituals including planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive team alignment and continuous improvement.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clear prioritization aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Write clear complete requirements with comprehensive context edge cases and acceptance criteria before sprint planning begins.

• Communicate all stakeholder decisions to your team within 24 hours maintaining zero information silos.

• Identify and resolve blockers proactively coordinating across teams to keep delivery on track.

• Ensure quality delivery that solves real customer problems balancing speed with sustainable development practices.

• Document all decisions requirements and meeting outcomes systematically to maintain transparency across teams.

• Follow up on customer issues until permanent resolution is achieved not just temporary patches.

• Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners engineers designers and stakeholders across the organization.

• Create and maintain JIRA tickets with comprehensive documentation that requires no clarification from engineering teams.

• Implement and refine team processes to continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality.

• Build technical understanding of product architecture to anticipate feasibility constraints and make informed decisions.

Must have

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage product backlog and facilitate sprint ceremonies effectively.

• Strong written communication and documentation skills - ability to create clear comprehensive requirements.

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering design and QA.

• Bias to action - makes decisions with available information rather than waiting for perfection.

• Systematic approach to tracking commitments and following through reliably.

• Technical curiosity and willingness to understand architecture APIs and implementation constraints.

• Ability to be an individual contributor and a proactive team player based on the requirements of the hour.

• Ability to navigate the challenges and maximise the opportunities that arise while working in a remote environment with diverse global teams using various modes of communication and information sharing.

• Committed to collaborating to solve problems together with empathy and clarity.

• C1 level of English language proficiency (both written and verbal).

• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex product requirements and organizational priorities.

Good to have

• Experience with JIRA Confluence and Agile project management tools.

• Background working with SaaS or B2B software products.

• Familiarity with mobile (iOS/Android) product development processes.

• Experience managing products with API integrations and technical dependencies.

• Work history in SMB or small business-focused products.

• Understanding of scheduling booking or appointment management domains.

• Experience working across multiple product portfolios or house-of-brands strategies.
