Team Management
- Cultivate a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- We are seeking a strategic business-oriented leader with a proven track record in launching enterprise grade Mar-tech and SaaS products.
- You should have a deep understanding of the end-to-end productand platform lifecycle and how AI can be leveraged to drive automation and gain efficiencies.
- The ideal candidate has extensive experience in launching 0-1 products as well as maturing existing product lines with a passion for delightful user experience both at the platform layer for developers as well as at application layer for business users.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in computer science or related field.
- 10 years of experience in B2B2B and B2B2C product management solution engineering or similar roles within the digital marketing industry.
- Advanced knowledge of various Content Management Systems and AI platform advancements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
- In-depth understanding of digital experience platforms SEO website development practices content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of AI machine learning and their applications in digital marketing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
