The Opportunity:
As a summer intern you will work closely with our team of Global Studies Asset Managers (GSAMs) at Roche/Genentech and will help support the consistent and efficient execution of global operations for a group of studies related to an asset or within a Disease Area (DA) or Therapeutic Area (TA). This role involves working closely with internal teams and partner operations as well as cross-functional experts and vendor partners to ensure smooth operational delivery.
In this role you may help contribute to the following:
support coordination and delivery of the study management aspects within global study delivery following ICH-GCP and Roche processes in accordance with SOPs and guidelines
assist in collaboration with CRO partners study management essential documents (Eg. study manuals relevant study plans / relevant training materials)
assist in 3rd party vendor interactions for the delivery to contract in line with study level needs.
support translation processes and distribution of patient and site facing support materials
Who You Are:
You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (BA / BS) in Health Sciences / Life sciences or related STEM field.
You have a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and how clinical trials are initiated and managed
You have a keen eye for detail - essential for managing complex regulatory documents where accuracy is non-negotiable
You possess excellent written and spoken English skills and are comfortable collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
You can manage multiple small tasks simultaneously and are comfortable using digital tracking systems and documentation tools.

Additional Information:
Duration: 4 months Full-time (35 hours per week) and will begin in May 2026.
