Requirements:

Kinematics and particle dynamics. Energy and work. Momentum and impulse. Rotational motion. Heat and thermodynamics. Fluid mechanics. A first course intended primarily for students in the life sciences. An additional problem class of one hour per week is offered with the course. Includes a 3 hour lab in alternate weeks. Previously PHY 1301 and half of PHY 1201. Must register toPHY1331if 4U or OAC Physics not completed.
