Job Summary


POSITIONSUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Chief OperatingOfficer (COO) the Health Operations Consultant (HOC) serves as a key member ofthe Operations Team. This position provides support and guidance to designatedFirst Atlantic HealthCare (FAHC) facilities and Administrators responsible fordirecting day to day operations guided by the companys Mission Statement andValues.

FAHCs success rests on achieving its goals infour key areas. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting effectivestrategies that enable FAHC locations to meet or exceed their goals in the fourareas listed below:

Communication
: The Company emphasizes the importance of effective businesscommunication as a core competency. Therefore the HOC must be highly visibleat all levels within the workforce and will be expected to excel in writtenverbal and digital communication. The HOC is expected to provide an openintellectual atmosphere conducive to the stimulation and exchange of communications will serve to enthusiastically motivate the audience towardhigh performance.

The HOC may serve as an InterimAdministrator or Interim Director of Nursing as vacancies arise and ascredentials permit.

EDUCATIONALand OTHER REQUIREMENTS

The requirements listed below are representative of theknowledge skill and/or ability required.

  • Bachelors Degree in a Health Care relatedfield Hospitality Management or Business required with Masters preferred.
  • Current Multi-Level Administrators Licensepreferred.
  • Valid drivers license and unencumbereddriving record required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experiencein a senior leadership role specifically with budgetary/ financial andoperational responsibilities as well as multi-property supervision.
  • Strong understanding of state and federalregulations for assisted living residential care skilled care and nursingfacilities.
  • Solid working knowledge of businessdevelopment marketing strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership coaching and mentoringskills.
  • Strong critical thinking problem-solving andinterpersonal skills.
  • Excellent human relations skills with abilityto effectively communicate with and motivate diverse workforce.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of thetime or more with overnight stays.
