Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: 22000 - 28000 (Highly competitive for the Spanish market).

Responsibilities
- Engage with the Brazilian market either by qualifying sales leads (SDR focus) or providing expert customer/technical support.
- Manage communication across various channels (phone email chat) in fluent Brazilian Portuguese.
- Work collaboratively with international teams to meet client satisfaction and sales pipeline targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or high-level fluency (C1/C2) in Brazilian Portuguese (written and verbal) is essential.
- Fluent English is required for internal communication.
- Previous experience in Sales Lead Generation or Customer Support is highly desired.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a keen interest in technology or B2B operations.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain.
