Were excited to offer a career development opportunity for a current RASA team member to step into the role of Client Services Officer Training Lead. This position is ideal for an experienced CSO whos ready to build on their skills and play a key role in guiding and supporting CSOs throughout their journey with RASA.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate IV (AQF level 4) in Community Services (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
- Experience in delivering client services across multiple service programs within the community services industry.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Diploma (AQF Level 5) in Human Services or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience leading a frontline team.
- A passion for community services and community well-being.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical.
The Client Services Officer Training Lead works closely with the Coordinator Client Services and Practice Manager Frontline Services to support the consistent delivery of best practice in the Client Services Team. The Client Services Officer Training Lead takes a lead role in identifying training needs developing training plans and implementing training to Client Services team members.
- In Collaboration with the Coordinator Client Services and Practice Manager Frontline Services support the development of best practice in client service at first point of contact and throughout client engagement with RASA.
- Work restoratively and build relationships with teams to support a No wrong door approach to client enquiries.
- Support Client Services Officers to provide triage and service needs identification for all clients and visitors both on-site and over the phone including booking appointments and providing general information about RASA services.
- Working with the Coordinator Client Services support the ongoing learning in Cultural Fitness and building relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and staff.
- Working with the Coordinator Client Services ensure consistent client-focussed practices are implemented and followed by Client Services Staff and RASA practitioners
