CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Consolidate and ship products by customer and carrier
Ensure that bills of lading are properly generated
Label all products as required
Properly handle all system transactions associated with shipments
Position should have experience in coordination of all international shipping documentation particularly USMCA
Preferred experience in International shipping requirements
Tracking inbound and outbound freight costs
Ensure use of preferred carriers
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 - 5 years of experience in shipping functions preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Customer focused both internal and externally
Ability to communicate clearly
Cross boundary collaborative
Continuous improvement mindset
Adaptive learning
Highly organized
