The Role: Store Manager
This role is responsible for leading overall store operations while driving sales performance productivity and team engagement. The Store Manager plays a key role in ensuring targets are met daily operations run smoothly and the store environment remains positive energetic and performance-focused.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency

Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability

Manage motivate and lead team members by example
