Job Summary

Are you passionate about digital marketing and web design We are looking for an enthusiastic German speaker to join our Lisbon team starting April 2 2026. This is a CDD 6-month contract for those who love helping others succeed in the digital space.

The Role

You will provide expert support to our German-speaking customers focusing specifically on digital marketing and web design queries. This is an interactive role that requires genuine knowledge and interest in these fields.

Schedule & Commute

Hours: Rotational shifts from Sunday to Friday between 05:00 and 20:00.

Days Off: Every Saturday plus one rotational weekday.

Early Starts: For shifts starting at 05:00 we provide an Uber allowance of up to 25.00 to ensure you have a comfortable and safe commute.

Requirements

Native or near-native German language skills.

Mandatory: Proven knowledge or experience in digital marketing or web design.

A proactive friendly and tech-enthusiastic mindset.

Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Compensation

Base Salary: 1100 (paid 14 times per year).

Complexity Bonus: 180 (paid 11 times per year).
