Customer Service Representative French Speaker

Location: Braga Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 15 January 2026

Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Native or C2-level French (mandatory)
Valid EU ID
Right to work in Portugal
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work on-site in Braga

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 13:00 (rotational)
2 days off per week (rotational)

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: 880 (paid over 14 months)
Performance Bonus: 168 (paid over 12 months)
Complexity Bonus: Not applicable
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
Paid Holidays: 22 days per year

Additional Information:

Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year (subject to attendance conditions)
