Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor for the French market you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls chat and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support issue resolution answering questions managing requests and providing solutions in a professional empathetic and results-oriented manner.

  • you hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
