Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth.
- Analyze market trends customer demands and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Build maintain and expand relationships with key clients including garment manufacturers retailers and distributors.
- Actively seek and develop new customers and markets within the dyeing and printing industry.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales performance prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Recruit train lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching guidance and performance feedback to team members.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys dyeing and printing services production capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Communicate technical features and service benefits clearly and effectively to customers.
- Coordinate closely with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns related to production schedules quality or service issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Textile Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably within the textile dyeing or printing industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of textile industry processes trends and standards is an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
