The Opportunity
本ポジションの主な目的は搬送システムの提案から設置までのプロセスをリードし顧客外部業者営業担当サービス担当との密な連携を通じてプロジェクトを円滑に遂行することです高い顧客満足度を実現するため優れたコミュニケーション能力批判的思考力その他のソフトスキルが求められます
What Youll Do
- アボットの搬送システムの提案に向けた環境調査顧客提案の技術支援分析装置や関連機器を含む設置レイアウト図の作成およびワークフローシミュレーション導入前後の検証顧客トレーニングを担当する
- 顧客ニーズを適格に把握分析し要件を満たすソリューションの提案に繋がる搬送システムを含む機器システムの設置レイアウトとワークフローを構築する知識スキルを有すること
- 組織内のあらゆる関連部門と連携しながら複数の業務を同時に遂行できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力顧客ニーズと技術的組織的な制約を折衝できる調整力社内外と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力交渉力を有すること
- 関係者には検査室管理者検査技師設備担当者IT設備等外部ベンダーLIS採血管その他営業担当サービス担当マーケティング担当が含まれる
- 組織内の関連部門に向けた搬送システム関連トレーニングにおいて技術的な支援を行う
- アボットのビジネス行動規範を遵守し推進する
Required Qualifications
- ヘルスケア業界での経験特に臨床検査メーカーにおける搬送システムの提案設置顧客サポートの経験が3年程度もしくはそれ以上あることが望ましい
- 日本語および英語スキル TOEIC 700以上が望ましい
