狭心症心筋梗塞といった虚血性心疾患に対する治療法である経皮的冠動脈インターベンションPCIは手首や脚のつけ根の挿入部位からカテーテルを用いて血管の中に特殊な管を通し内科的に血管を拡張する低侵襲の治療法です当事業部では薬剤溶出性冠動脈ステントやバルーンカテーテルなどPCI治療を総合的にサポートする製品を取り扱っています
また 2025年9月1日にSymplicity Spyral 腎デナベーションシステムRDNの薬事承認を取得し2026年3月1日から発売開始となり高血圧治療の分野にも進出しております
業務内容
腎デナベーション治療は新規医療機器でありRDNを高血圧治療のStandard of Careに位置づけ一人でも多くの対象患者さんに届けるためには市場開拓のアクションは必要不可欠です
製品の安全導入と使用促進を達成するための医師やSalesの技術的なサポートまた高血圧専門医とのハイレベルなEvidenceのディスカッションによる連携強化などの役割に加えグローバルのエビデンス戦略に沿ったEvidence構築活用サポートなどを遂行していただき主に下記項目を担当します
正しい製品情報や手技情報を営業顧客に提供するための製品トレーニング及び症例立会い
主に高血圧専門医のKey Opinion Leaderとの関係強化と新たなKOLの創出
Evidenceをより有効的に活用できるようEvidence戦略を策定しアクションプランを実行
ClinicalやGlobal Teamと連携しGlobalのエビデンス戦略に適合したERPを顧客と共に構築
Must Haves
Job Experience
医療機器または製薬業界におけるマーケティング業務の実務経験4年以上
チームリーダーやプロジェクトリーダーの経験
Skill / Knowledge
クリニカルデータや文献等を読み解き顧客とEvidenceのディスカッションができる
Competency
チームワークを大切にする方
自発的クリエイティブな行動力
Education
学士以上学部学科は問わない
