What Youll Be Doing:

Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit
Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on care and assist with treatments as needed
Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary teams
Lead by example promote teamwork and foster a positive work environment
Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations

What Youll Need:

Active LPN
Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
Leadership skills with a compassionate team-oriented approach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A true passion for senior care
