This position is responsible to perform a variety of administrative support assignments that may include reception application registration Bridges Scanning and Index system and distribution of mail. May also serve as local office fiscal designee.

Education
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Experience
General Office Assistant 5
No specific type or amount of experience is required.
General Office Assistant 6
One year of administrative support experience.
General Office Assistant E7
Two years of administrative support experience including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
This posting maybe used to fill both Permanent and Limited Term appointments (LTAs). The initial position is being filled as a limited-term appointment (LTA). LTAs have the ability be converted to permanent but it is never guaranteed.
