Finance Manager (F&I)

Harbor Chevrolet is seeking a proven high-integrity Finance Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is a performance-driven opportunity for an F&I professional who excels at customer experience compliance and profitabilitywhile operating in a modern process-focused dealership.
What Youll Do
Deliver an exceptional transparent purchase experience from credit interview through delivery
Present and sell F&I products (VSC GAP maintenance protection products) with integrity
Structure and submit deals to lender partners to maximize approvals and profitability
Ensure full compliance with federal state and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation funding and timely contract processing
Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve close rates and overall deal quality
What Were Looking For
Automotive F&I experience required (Chevrolet experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of lender programs credit tiers and compliance standards
Consistent track record of PVR product penetration and CSI performance
Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized detail-oriented and process driven
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
