Job Summary

Locum to Perm - Mammography Radiologist

Join a dynamic team in Springfield Massachusetts at a facility that offers both hospital and outpatient locations for your practice. As a Mammography Radiologist you will be part of a supportive environment that includes a full complement of staff and a diverse patient demographic ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. Our facility is equipped with modern documentation systems including Epic PowerScribe and PACS.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform stereotactic biopsies and breast ultrasound biopsies.
Execute breast localization procedures and guided biopsies for mammograms and ultrasound.
Collaborate with a team of six radiologists post-February.
Participate in the full range of radiological services.
Ensure compliance with all medical standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (REQUIRED).
Active Massachusetts medical license or pending application with a confirmed submission date (REQUIRED).
ACLS and BLS certifications (REQUIRED).
Experience in Mammography is highly valued.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

Massachusetts Medical License (REQUIRED).
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (REQUIRED).
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (REQUIRED).
