About the Role: The Sponsor Ad Specialist manages outbound sponsorship campaigns on behalf of creators. This role is responsible for sourcing and qualifying brand leads launching and managing cold email campaigns and securing qualified meetings that lead to sponsorship deals. The position blends outbound sales execution with operational ownership ensuring both high performance and strong creatorbrand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage multiple cold email campaigns for client creators
- Set up and manage domains inboxes warmup and deliverability
- Source brand leads using Apollo Instantly and other research tools
- Research and qualify potential sponsors based on fit audience alignment and budget signals
- Write and optimize outbound messaging tailored to each creators brand and audience
- Pitch sponsors and secure meetings with qualified decision makers
- Coordinate handoffs by providing context so creators can run effective closing calls
- Build and maintain SOPs for scalable campaign execution
- Track campaign performance including replies booked meetings and deliverability
- Prioritize quality sponsor matches over volume when required
Hard Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales SDR BDR or cold email operations
- Hands on experience with Instantly or similar outbound platforms
- Experience sourcing leads in Apollo or comparable databases
- Knowledge of email deliverability inbox warmup and list hygiene
- Ability to run multiple outbound campaigns simultaneously
Soft Skills Required
- Strong written English and professional communication
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns at once
- Strong judgment when qualifying leads and sponsorship fit
- Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in sponsorships creator economy or media monetization
- Experience supporting or participating in closing sponsorship deals
- Familiarity with documenting SOPs and improving systems
