Job Summary

To strengthen our finance team in TIENS Turkey we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Accounting Coordinator (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Perform variance analysis and prepare reports with insights to support management decision-making.
- Support VAT and tax-related activities ensuring compliance with Turkish and German tax regulations and assist during external audits.
- Monitor cash flow payment processes and banking transactions to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Review invoices contracts and expense claims in line with company policies and approval procedures.
- Collaborate closely with regional and HQ finance teams on financial reporting internal controls and process improvements.
- Support distributor bonus calculations and ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal financial policies procedures and digitalization initiatives.
- Coordinate accounting activities and provide guidance to junior accounting staff supporting best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- 3 years of accounting experience including 23 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish tax and accounting regulations IFRS HGB and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Turkish.
