Job Summary

To strengthen our finance team in TIENS Turkey we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Accounting Coordinator (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Assist in preparing variance analyses and basic financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Support VAT and tax-related activities ensuring compliance with Turkish and German tax regulations and assist during external audits.
- Help monitor cash flow payment processes and banking transactions to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Assist in reviewing invoices contracts and expense claims in line with company policies and approval procedures.
- Collaborate with regional and HQ finance teams by providing required financial data and supporting reporting and internal control processes.
- Support distributor bonus calculations and assist in ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
- Assist in the implementation of internal financial policies procedures and finance digitalization initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support in accounting activities and assist senior accountants as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- 2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Turkish.
