Job Summary

Tasks
- Coordinate daily operations with 3PL warehouses including orders deliveries inbound outbound storage and inventory movements.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with freight forwarders shipping lines and other logistics service providers to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Monitor logistics and supply chain performance proactively identifying and resolving delays risks and operational issues.
- Support inventory management by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and ensuring accurate stock flow with warehouse partners.
- Collaborate closely with finance sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor and control logistics costs returns and duties/taxes; prepare regular reports and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to support cross-border logistics operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the implementation of logistics projects process improvements and regional initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 Years Experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouses and external logistics providers.
- Good understanding of customs procedures international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Cost-conscious mindset with the ability to analyze logistics expenses and performance data.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent in English and Turkish language
