Position Summary We are seeking a versatile Lead Automation & Project Management Specialist to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic this role you will spearhead the analysis design and deployment of enterprise-grade automation solutions while managing the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Automation Strategy & Development - RPA Engineering: Design and deploy robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to streamline complex business operations.
- Low-Code Innovation: Build high-performance custom applications and automated workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Data Integration: Architect seamless integrations between automation solutions and diverse data sources (SharePoint SQL Server APIs).
- Business Intelligence: Develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into automation performance and ROI.
2. End-to-End Project Leadership - Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives from initial planning and scoping to execution and final deployment.
- Governance: Manage project timelines risk assessments and budgets ensuring all deliverables align with strategic business goals.
- Process Optimization: Partner with business units to identify inefficiencies document technical specifications and recommend high-impact automation opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Support - Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders to ensure project transparency and alignment.
- Post-Deployment Excellence: Oversee the monitoring maintenance and troubleshooting of RPA bots and workflows to ensure maximum uptime.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to end-users fostering a culture of automation-led efficiency.
Required Qualifications Technical Mastery - UiPath Expertise: Extensive experience with Studio Orchestrator and Robots. UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Advanced proficiency in PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Programming & Integration: Strong foundation in C# or Python. Deep experience with APIs JSON and Web Services.
Project Management & Leadership - Methodology: Proven track record in Agile Scrum or Waterfall environments.
- Certification: PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets or complex multi-departmental project timelines.
Soft Skills - Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership.
