Healthcare Process Transformation BA with UiPath RPA & Agentic AI skillsets
Seeking a skilled and visionary Healthcare Business Process Transformation Business Analyst with proven expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA Mainly UiPath) and Agentic technologies.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by analyzing optimizing and automating business processes within healthcare organizations to improve efficiency compliance and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Business and IT teams and external partners to ensure AI solutions align with claims regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Analyze current healthcare business processes to identify improvement opportunities and automation potential.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements document workflows and define transformation objectives.
Performance Evaluation: Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness safety and ethical use of agentic AI systems in Healthcare (Payers) and operational contexts.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies healthcare trends and regulatory changes to continuously enhance AI capabilities and impact.
Design develop RPA & Agentic based solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Leverage agentic technologies (including AI-powered agents and digital assistants) to enhance process automation and support advanced decision-making.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process redesigns for enhanced efficiency accuracy and patient experience.
Develop business cases cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for proposed transformation initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping solution design testing and deployment.
Monitor post-implementation performance analyze results and iterate solutions for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new processes and technologies.
Stay abreast of evolving healthcare regulations RPA trends and agentic technology advancements.
