Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to support internal and external customers throughout the state. The ideal candidate will assist with various logistical tasks related to facility management equipment movement and disaster preparedness. This position requires strong communication skills the ability to work independently and a valid drivers license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage internal and external moves including furniture and equipment.
- Maintain vehicle logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct facility inspections and report any safety issues immediately.
- Assist with disaster management efforts during emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
