Job Summary

Job Description:

Automation & Testing

Design develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java
Perform end-to-end testing including functional regression integration and system testing
Automate test cases and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines
Execute test suites and analyze results to identify defects and risks

Test Strategy & Quality Governance

Define and implement test strategies test plans and test cases aligned with business requirements
Establish and enforce quality standards best practices and governance models
Ensure compliance with defined QA processes and metrics

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

Collaborate with product owners developers business analysts and clients
Provide regular test status updates quality metrics and risk assessments
Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to ensure testability

Defect & Release Management

Log track and manage defects through to closure
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support UAT release sign-offs and production validation
