Job Summary
Technical Advisory & Accounting Research
Lead complex technical accounting advisory engagements for clients across diverse industries.
Conduct in-depth research on technical accounting issues under Ind AS IFRS US GAAP and other applicable standards and prepare formal technical memoranda and position papers.
Advise on accounting for significant and complicated transactions such as business combinations consolidations revenue recognition leases financial instruments share-based payments impairment and other specialised topics.
Support clients in interpreting and implementing new accounting standards end-to-end.
Client Engagement & Delivery
Act as primary client contact for senior stakeholders on technical accounting matters.
Review and provide guidance on client financial reporting including disclosures in financial statements and related governance matters.
Provide advisory input on SEC/Regulatory reporting requirements (where applicable) and audit support.
Present technical outcomes and recommendations clearly to client finance teams and leadership.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead mentor and develop high-performing teams of senior managers and managers.
Drive team capability building and ensure high quality of deliverables across engagements.
Contribute to the design and execution of training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the practice.
Requirements
Technical Expertise
Deep subject-matter expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP).
Strong analytical problem-solving and accounting research skills.
Proven experience leading and resolving complex accounting issues.
Leadership & Communication
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to present complex accounting matters clearly to senior management and clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams under pressure and deliver quality outcomes with stringent deadlines.
Client & Business Acumen
Strong project management capabilities and a track record of building client trust and long-term relationships.
Commercial awareness and contribution to growth initiatives through proactive business development.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualified CA (mandatory).
10 years relevant experience in technical accounting advisory financial reporting or related consulting roles ideally within Big 4 or reputable advisory practices.
Prior experience leading technical accounting teams and managing client engagements at senior levels.
Required Skills:
1. Basic understanding of Ind As/ IFRS specially IFRS. Understanding of preparation of consolidated Financial statements 3. Aware about recent update/amendments in IFRS/ind as schedule 3
