Job Summary

365 Consultant - Hybrid - Contract to Hire Cincinnati 3 day a week onsite in Cincinnati

3 5 years in IT support or systems administration focused on Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Hands-on admin experience with: Exchange Online Teams OneDrive SharePoint Online.
Azure AD experience: user/admin roles groups and basic Conditional Access.
Experience with MDM platforms (preferably Intune / Endpoint Manager).
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 common desktop apps and basic networking (DNS DHCP TCP/IP Wi-Fi VPN).
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve tickets within SLAs.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

Mobile Device Management (MDM).
PowerShell scripting/automation for user device or M365 tasks.
Familiarity with security concepts (MFA device compliance encryption endpoint protection/AV).
Experience in hybrid AD / Azure AD environments.
