Job Summary:

Bank is seeking a DataStage Consultant with strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience integrating enterprise data platforms using internal and external APIs. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven capable of working independently with minimal supervision and experienced in designing scalable secure and high-performance data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
Write optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
Develop data integration solutions to support data warehouse and reporting needs.
Analyze source systems and define data mapping transformation logic and validation rules.
Perform unit testing system testing and production support activities.
Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with business analysts DBAs and cross-functional teams.
Support release management and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

7 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage development.
Very Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 specify as needed).
Experience in data warehousing concepts (ETL star/snowflake schema dimensional modeling).
Performance tuning and query optimization expertise.
Experience with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
