Quarterly review of the plans with all seniors
Report sharing on master data cd balance claims tracker exception claim tracker corporate buffer tracker
Roadshow on the Benefits to new joiners
Responsibilities-
QualificationsPostgraduate/ Bachelors
Should have 3 7 yrs of experience with Min 3 years of client facing experience specially medical insurance. Experience in Insurance broking preferred experience in brokers Insurance Co acceptable.
Should be able to market consultative solutions
Should have sound knowledge of H&B products and its nuances
Should have understanding of the Mumbai market on H&B business
Should have understanding of Insurance companies
Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager orRelationship Manager
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work well with a team
