Role Overview

We are looking for a Mainframe Support Engineer to provide standard application and production support for mainframe-based systems. The role involves monitoring troubleshooting and supporting applications in a night-shift environment ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Mainframe Support
Experience providing Production / Application Support in a mainframe environment

Desired Skills

Standard Application Support
Working knowledge of:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Unix
- Shell Scripting

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications
Monitor batch jobs and resolve failures
Perform incident management problem management and change support
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to SLA and support processes
