Job Summary
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-This role requires strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders and application teams. Stakeholders will constitute of Business Project Managers and the leadership team. Application teams are the teams that reside outside the portfolio and are required to do changes to their applications in order to deliver the Project/initiative.
-This role demands strong end to end technology knowledge and ability manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
-Tech Delivery Lead will be responsible for effective software development activities understanding requirements ensuring all scenarios are covered participate in solution discussions with Solution Architect and ensuring component level details are captured building design documents in partnership with tech leads from other application teams triaging and identifying issues during SIT end to end cycles.
-The position requires a self-starter with strong software development skills and proven experience delivering complex technology projects
-Tech Delivery lead will collaborate with internal partners across the organization to take products to market and manages all risks associated with products to ensure compliance including risk reporting.
-Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
-Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
-Acts as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
-Leads the development of the communication strategy focusing on positively influencing or changing behaviour.
-Continuously improves processes to identify issues and deliver optimal customer experience.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
.Experience in leading technology teams with varied technology platforms
.Experience in software integration using SOAP REST web services Experience in Java J2EE Web and/or technologies or database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
.Knowledge on encryption/decryption mechanisms
.Demonstrates expert knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes
.Experienced in or strong working knowledge of credit card systems is an asset
.Possesses solid analytical skills for complex problem solving. Is able to manage multiple priorities
.Demonstrates relationship management skills
.Possesses several years of proven success as a technical team leader
.Ability to adapt and quickly develop in-depth technical understanding of new/different applications and technology platforms
.Demonstrates solid organizational skills
.Experience in working effectively with different technology and business teams.
*CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95000$145000. This role is an existing vacancy.
