Job Summary
Role: Senior Technical Lead
Location: Seattle WA / Vancouver BC
Experience Required: 10 Years
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in IBM Sterling OMS to lead the development and implementation of enterprise Order Management solutions for retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and support of IBM Sterling OMS platform
Design and implement order management workflows and integrations
Integrate OMS with ERP payment systems and supply chain platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams
Ensure performance scalability and reliability of OMS systems
10 years of experience in enterprise application development
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS
Experience in Retail / E-commerce order management systems
Knowledge of Java APIs and enterprise integrations
Experience with system architecture and technical leadership
Experience with Microservices architecture
Exposure to AWS or cloud environments
Experience integrating OMS with ERP systems
