Role: Technical Program Manager POS (Point of Sale)
Location: Vancouver BC Canada

Role Overview
Lead complex cross-functional Point of Sale (POS) programs across store systems and omnichannel touchpoints. Drive alignment execution and on-time delivery of POS initiatives supporting in-store and omnichannel retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own large multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications peripherals store networking and integrations with enterprise systems
- Coordinate delivery across Engineering Product Store Operations Architecture Security and external vendors
- Drive program scope milestones dependencies risks and success metrics for POS initiatives
- Support roadmap release and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts
- Manage store rollout readiness pilot execution cutover planning and post-deployment validation
- Ensure alignment with security compliance and store operational requirements
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting store launches and upgrades
- Provide clear executive-level status reporting on progress risks and mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of Technical Program Management experience
- Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs
- Strong understanding of POS architectures store systems and omnichannel retail flows
- Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts
- Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum SAFe)
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills
