This role offers flexibility in hours and days however Monday and Tuesdays are a must!


Your Day-to-Day

You will be the centre of our clinics daily operations supporting both patients and clinicians and helping our multidisciplinary team deliver high-quality culturally responsive care. No two days are the same and each day youll see the real impact of your work in the lives of the people we support.

  • Engage directly with refugees building trust and helping them feel welcome heard and understood
  • Coordinate clinic appointments and interpreter bookings using sound judgement to assess interpreter needs
  • Support clinicians with clinic coordination documentation and smooth workflow management
  • Liaise with local community services and hospitals to help connect patients with the care and support they need
