Job Summary:

As a Business Administration Apprentice at Honeywell in Yeovil you will have the opportunity to gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications and a hands-on learning experience within our supportive and friendly teams.

This role is part of our Early Careers Relations program designed to help people launch their careers with hands-on experience mentorship and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This apprenticeship is set up for a duration of 4 years starting from 10^th August 2026.

Honeywell:

Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtuallyeverycommercial defense and aircraft engines cockpit andcabin electronics wireless connectivitysystems mechanical components. Ourhardware and software solutions help create morefuel-efficient aircraft more direct and on-timeflights and safer skies.

Key responsibilities:

• You will support a fast-paced complex business operation and develop all the technical and soft skills required to perform in a professional role.
• Year 1 & 2: Honeywell will provide you with the college courses to gain anAdvanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration at NVQ Level 3
• Year 3 & 4: You will move on to a Level 4 NVQ in a area of study relevant to your career path
• Business administration covers awide range of areas and responsibilities youll work in roles within Materials Management Operational Excellence Software Engineering and Operations

Key skills and qualifications:

• Four GCSEs at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent; must include Maths Science and English.
• An interest in aerospace would be advantageous
• Passion for business management and making a positive difference
• Full and permanent right to work in the UK
• Live within an easy commute of our Yeovil office
