Your day to day will consist of
Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to assess business needs.
Deliver tailored communication and IT solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
Maintain proactive engagement toidentifynew opportunities and strengthen retention.
Collaborate with internal support teams to manage service delivery and resolve issues.
Build andmaintaindetailed territory and customer plans aligned to growth targets.
