• Drive Revenue: Your main metric is converting guests into members of our Healthy Lifestyle Program. You must be comfortable asking for the sale.
  
  
• Manage the Desk: You are the Air Traffic Controller of the spamanaging phones complex scheduling (Zenoti) and checking clients in/out with efficiency.
  
  
• Earn Your Growth: We have a clear path for advancement. Prove you can sell and lead by example and we will fast-track you to management.
  
  

• Hand & Stone / Zenoti Pro: Previous experience working in a Hand & Stone or using Zenoti software is HIGHLY preferred. We want someone who can hit the ground running.

• A Hunter: You have experience in active selling (Gym memberships leasing commissions) not just order taking.

• Professional: You understand that a top-rated spa requires punctuality reliability and a polished presentation.
